Your Winning Affiliate Marketing Success Strategy

With Recommended Tools and Resources

If you want to make money with affiliate programs online, then I suggest you build brief mini-sites or simple landing pages that promote one product. Even if a site only generates you a profit of as little as $6 a day on average, that's $180 per month. If you have 50 web sites generating that much revenue, you're making $9000 per month. Not bad! Even if you only have 25 mini sites generating kind of income, you're probably going to be making a comfortable living. Do I have your attention now? Good. Just be sure set a goal for how many profitable web sites you want to create, and then get started!

Here's a very basic plan that will work, and some tools that will help you along the way.

1) Find a high-demand niche. This is nothing more than discovering an area of interest to tons of people who are searching for info, help, and products for a specific topic. To do this, you need to know what tools can help you zero in on these areas quickly. You can use a variety of products, including Google's FREE keyword tool. I also use AdWord Analyzer

Then, you can figure out the popularity of the keywords you are thinking of using to refine your keyword selection using Keyword Tracker (also FREE) and Wordtracker (about $8 per day). Wordtracker helps you find all the keyword combinations that are related to the type of business you want to promote. Then, you can slice and dice your keywords by identifying the ones that have the most value for your affiliate site by using Keyword Results Analyzer (free). These tools help you set up the best keywords to use when building and promoting your affiliate product landing page or mini site. I recommend that you check out all of these tools and learn how to use them.

2) Find affiliate programs that have at least 2-tiers of recurring monthly income (like Visitorville or Ad Minder). Forget about those one-time payout products - think of them as 'accessories' to your main focus - which is to build a growing residual income from products and services that are billed to customers each and every month. For example, Visitorville bills it's customers every month. For every person who signs up for their service using YOUR affiliate code, you will receive a recurring monthly commission for as long as they remain a customer. THAT is the kind of affiliate you want to find: the ones with recurring monthly income.

3) Make sure they pay enough. The commissions paid for each product or service must be large enough to meet your criteria. Remember, it takes the same amount of effort to set up a landing page for a program that only pays you a commission of $3 a month as it does for a product that pays $30 per month. Which one would you rather have? Here are some affiliate programs that pay great commissions:

For example: Yanik Silver's "6-Week Advanced Instant Internet Profits Home Study Course" (see the banner below) is a 2 tiered system that nets you $250 on the first level, and $75 on the second! If you promote this site well, you could be making some serious money! And Yanik is one of the most trusted names in internet marketing. He even provides you with a variety of letters you can mail to your list, and solo ads you can place in other ezines.

4) Sign up for the affiliate programs you want to promote. This usually takes just a few minutes for each program.

5) Create your web page. You can create a landing page in just minutes using the free tool Landing Page Builder. Or, if you want to take it to the next level and create some solid Search Engine friendly mini site pages (without knowing HTML), try using the SEO Website Builder software tool. When you visit the sales page for this product, be sure to walk through the examples provided - you'll get a crystal clear vision for what you can create, and what this tool can do for you. And yes, I own and use this tool myself.

6) Drive traffic to your landing pages. Using Google AdWords, promote the landing pages you've created. I strongly recommend using the free report I've already provided for you called AdWords Checklist for a quick startup process to help you 'identify a product' or 'identify a demand'. Or, if you want to learn a BUNCH more tips and tricks to using Google Adwords, I give a high thumbs up and recommend Perry marshall's 'The Definitive Guide to Google Adwords'. In this book, Perry will show you how to outperform your competition and for less money.

Then use the AdWord Generator tool to help you create your Google ads. It'll save you a LOT of time and headaches. And don't forget, Google won't let you send traffic to a page that contains a pop-up or pop-under. So, don't add them to your landing page or web site if you plan to refer traffic using Google Ads.

TIP: What you CAN do is create one version of your sales or landing page that is pop-up free just for your Google AdWords campaigns, and another duplicate page WITH pop-ups to send all your other traffic to.

7) Track your results. This is the biggest mistake most people make in their online activities. It's an essential part of the process - if you don't do this well, you're leaving a TON of money on the table. You could use Ad Minder for that.

8) Repeat steps 1-7 to create more affiliate web sites or landing pages.

Affiliate Money Tree, by Mike Delrue. This ebook is good if you want to learn the ropes for making money using ClickBank. Using ClickBank is great because you don't have to worry about getting paid! They pay you twice a month, without fail, for all your affiliate commissions no matter how many programs you promote from their program. This book is an incredible resource.
