Please note that this page currently presents my = DRAFT = analysis of the recent Kitzmiller decision of December 20, 2005 and it is a work in progress. This is an ongoing private posting for invited comments, and not a blog for the general public. If you are here, it's because I asked someone to invite you. I will be releasing my analysis in increments, probably every couple of days or so - you can check the date and time to see if I've made any changes since your last visit.
If you have any comments about factual errors, logic, or in anything else I have to say, I would appreciate an email letting me know. In fact, the purpose of posting my comments here is so that I can receive feedback from any interested parties.
